Facebook Messenger provides customer-initiated, two-way communication across devices. Connect a Facebook Page to Unifonic to respond to inquiries, provide support, and build personalized messaging experiences.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Facebook Messenger to Unifonic, make sure that:
- You have a Facebook account. If needed, see Create a Facebook account.
- Your business has an official Facebook Page. If needed, see Create a business Facebook Page.
- You are an administrator of the Page that you plan to connect. See Page roles.
You can also add a Messenger button to your Facebook Page to help customers start conversations.
