This guide explains the updated process for registering a Sender ID for SMS messaging through the Unifonic platform.
Request Initiation
To begin registering a Sender ID:
Access the SMS Channel
Log in to your Unifonic account at Cloud.
Navigate to the Channels section and select SMS.

Start the Sender ID Registration
Click the Request Sender ID button.
You can find this button in the Sender IDs list or the Requests list.

Fill in the Request Details
Complete all required fields in the registration form accurately.

For requests to register a Sender ID in Saudi (KSA) while your company is registered in Saudi, you can start the request, submit documents and pay for the registration fees all within the platform. |
Country-Specific Registration Process
For Companies Registered in Saudi Arabia (KSA) Requesting a Sender ID in KSA
You can complete the entire registration process within the Unifonic platform:
Start the request.
Submit the required documents.
Pay the registration fees online (via card payment or balance deduction).

After clicking Start Request, you can track your requests in the Requests section.

Click on your request to submit the necessary documents.

Note: If the Sender ID request is going to be registered in a country that is not Saudi (KSA) or if you want to register a Sender ID in Saudi but your company is not registered in Saudi, then you can initiate the request and our support team will reach out and handle your request manually. The request may not be clickable in this scenario. |

For Sender ID Requests in Other Countries, or for Non-KSA Companies Requesting a Sender ID in KSA
You can initiate the request in the platform.
Our support team will contact you to handle your request manually.
In these cases, the request may not be clickable for further actions in the platform.
Submitting Documents
After initiating your request, click Submit Documents.
A new tab will open with a form to upload the required documents for review and approval.
The form will look similar to the example below:

Review and Approval Process
The Unifonic operations team will review your submitted documents.
If any documents need to be re-submitted, you will receive a request for re-submission.
Once your documents are approved and payment is required, you will be prompted to pay online (card or balance deduction supported).

Payment
For eligible requests, payment can be completed directly within the platform.

Supported payment methods: online card payment and balance deduction.

Status Tracking
- Check the status of your Sender ID request anytime in the Requests section. After submitting, return to Requests to view updates.

After successful review and payment, your Sender ID will be approved and activated.
