If the client has a local Trade License in the UAE, they can register their sender IDs over the local connection in the UAE per TDRA regulations. Otherwise, they can register the sender name over international connections.

The client has to go through the below two phases:
- Portal Activation
The client has to activate either the CMS portal (Etisalat portal) or the ESP portal (Du portal) by providing the below requirements:
- Local trade license in UAE (One month at least validity period)
- Forms for the portal activation
- CMS Portal (Etisalat Portal)
- ESP Portal (Du portal)
ESP (Du) Portal and Sender form
- Original copies of the Authorized person's Emirates ID, Passport, and Visa (Authorized Person on the NOC)
- Establishment Card or POA/LOA (If the signatory on the NOC letter is different from the owner on the trade license or if more than one partner is mentioned in the trade license)
|
Notes UAE - Du: Form B needs to be signed either digitally (verifiable with certificate) or physically scanned directly to PDF in color. Here, the best way will be to get the customer to digitally sign the document – UAE Pass being free and most convenient. |
- Sender Activation
Once, the ESP/ CMS portal is ready, we proceed with phase 2 which is the sender activation.
- The client has to request the sender name in the portal.
- When SID is approved, a unique (Blockchain ID) will be assigned to the sender name. Please fill out the Etisalat and Du NOC letters with the required information to proceed further.
- Update the Du form with Entity ID in case the ESP portal is the one activated.
- Provide us with the BlockChain ID assigned for the sender name.
