Getting SMS Application
In this section, we will provide instructions on how to set up your Application ID.
- What is Application ID (AppSid)
The application ID is a mandatory authentication parameter in the API request. Having a Unifonic account, customers can create as many AppSid's as needed. Application IDs help differentiate traffic by verticals, users, and accounts/sub-accounts.
- Setting Up Your AppSid

Login to https://cloud.unifonic.com.

Navigate to Authenticate at https://authenticate.cloud.unifonic.com/apps

Select My Applications, where the following screen appears.
- Click Add New App button, where the following screen appears.
- Fill all needed fields in the previous figure to create new app.
Note
- In case you want to enable voice configurations, click Enable Voice button, then fill all required field for the voice configuration.
- In case you want to enable WhatsApp configurations, click Enable WhatsApp button, then fill all required field for the WhatsApp configuration.
- From the following screen, add the voice caller ID, voice apps ID, Voice OTP repeat (Loop), voice priority, and upload audio in English and Arabic if needed.
- From the following screen, select the WhatsApp application, WhatsApp template namespace, WhatsApp template name, WhatsApp priority, and enable Keep Logs button between Yes or No.
- After the user is done with filling all the needed to create new app, where the new app appears in the main list as the following screen shows.
