Requesting a Caller ID

In this section, you will be acquainted with getting a Caller ID, which is a must for using the voice services, the Caller ID will be used to place or receive a call.

To get a Caller ID

1. Navigate to your Unifonic Console, and click Communication Cloud on the left sidebar.

2. Click CALLER ID on the left sidebar.

3. Click REQUEST CALLER ID.

• There are 3 types, select the type that applies to your use case.

4. Search for a number pattern, and select from the Caller IDs drop-down list, the required caller ID, which you would like to add to your account.

5. Click Request. The Caller ID should be successfully added to your account immediately.

Now, that a Caller ID has been successfully created, there is only one step closer to using the Unifonic Voice Services.
