Getting Started with Flow Studio

The first thing you need to do to use Flow Studio is to log into our UC cloud platform and then activate the channels you want to use in Flow Studio. Right now the supported channels are the following:

  • Conversations
  • Whatsapp
  • SMS
  • Send SMS
  • Voice
  • Outbound Voice
  • Inbound Voice
  • Email
  • Send Email
  • Push Notifications
  • Send Push notifications

Now, after the channels are activated you should create the applications in each channel and some resources that are needed to execute the flow. Here is the list of resources needed from each channel.

Whatsapp

  • A WABA instance activated
  • An application ID linked to your WABA instance
  • A template was created and approved.

Voice

  • An active Application Id.
  • A Number with either Voice outbound or Inbound capabilities.
  • Audios that you want to use in the Flow.

SMS

  • An approved Sender ID
  • An AppsId linked to your sender ID

Email

  • Subdomain to be registered to be used as the source email domain.

Push Notification

  • Configure our SDKs in your app to be able to send the Push notifications.
