Facebook Business Manager

In this section, you will be acquainted with the Business Manager provided by Facebook as a tool that helps its users to organize and manage their business.

• In Business Manager, coworkers can't view your personal Facebook profile unless you approve their friend requests.
• Coworkers can only see your name, work email address, and the pages and ad accounts you have access to.

If you already have a Business Manager Unifonic only needs a Business Manager ID, which can be found as follows:

To find your business manager ID

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Click Business Info.
3. Below Business Manager Info, you'll find your ID number.

If you don’t have a Business Manager, follow the below steps

• Facebook profile to create a Business Manager account.
• Your Facebook username and password to sign into Business Manager.

Using your Facebook account is a more secure way to log in than with just an email address and password.

In case you do have a Business Manager, you have to be an Admin and have access to a Facebook page connected to your business.

To create a Business Manager

1. Go to Meta Business Suite and Business Manager Overview
2. Click Create Account.
3. Enter a name for your business, your name, and your work email address, and click Next.
4. Enter your business details and click Submit.

To add a Page to your Business Manager

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. In the Business Assets section, click Accounts. Then, click Pages.
3. Click Add in the dropdown menu.
4. Select Add a Page.
5. Enter the Facebook Page name or URL in the corresponding field.
6. Click Add Page. You should see your Page on the next screen.

If you are creating a new Business Manager and the Facebook page is already under another Business manager you can request access to the Facebook page from your current admin.

To request access to a Page from the Business Manager

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Below Accounts, click Pages.
3. Click the blue Add dropdown button
4. Select Request Access to a Page.
5. Enter the Facebook Page name or URL in the corresponding field.
6. Use the toggles to choose which permissions you need.
7. Click Request Access.

When the Business Manager admin approves your request, the Facebook Business Manager page appears on your Business Manager.

Information Required for your WhatsApp Business Account

• Facebook Business Manager ID
• Legal Name
• Business Name
• Display Name: the name you would like to have once your account is verified
• Business address
• Business Facebook page
• E-mail address you would like customers to see
• Phone number you want to register with WhatsApp
• About section: maximum 130 characters sentence about your business
• Optional: Description maximum 256 more detailed descriptions of your business
