Agents settings

Agents can change their profiles and configure the notifications when receiving incoming conversations or new messages.

Set up agent profile

Agents will be able to set up their profile information, such as first and last name and profile picture, by clicking on their profile icon, then choosing the “Your Profile” option.

Under this screen, agents will see their current assigned skills and email address (these fields are not editable).

Notifications & Sound

Agents can set up the configuration of Notifications & Sounds received on the User Interface. They will be able to enable or disable notifications and set their preference for the following cases:

  • When a human handover is triggered
  • When a new message from an existing chat is received
  • Choose the sound that the application will play on incoming interactions
