In this section, you will be acquainted with the verification of the Facebook Business Manager Account.

Note

The client can check if their Facebook Business Manager is verified by going to the following link: <https://business.facebook.com/settings/security

Prepare your documents

• To verify your Facebook Business Manager account, you will need to provide Meta with an updated commercial registration that must include all the below details
  • Business Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
• For Government entities only , you can provide an official letter, using an official letterhead, stamped and signed by a top government offical like the minister or prime minister. The letter should contain the following details:
  • Business Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number

Business verification

To start the verification process, the client will be asked to choose the country

The Business will need to fill their organization details exactly as they are mentioned in the documents

• The information should be matching with the documents and under the same language as the doecument (Arabic and/or English) any difference will lead to rejection

• Choose the verification method

• upload supporting documents

• Complete the verification and submit the request

Once your verification is approved, you will see a Verified Status.

In case your Business cannot be approved check Issues with Business verification, where you can find detailed information about potential problems.

If the Facebook Business Manager verification option is not available under Security Center, follow these steps:

• Get the Client Facebook Business Manager ID for Business Info Tab
• Send the Facebook Business Manager ID to Unifonic Support Team
• Unifonic Support Team will add the client account as a sub-client account
• The client should bet a notification to approve under the Request Tab
