Variables Management

Variables can be described as a placeholder that is set in the flow, it provides data that is collected inside the flow and can be used in the same flow. In the top right side of the flow builder, you will see all the variables available and then you can use them by dragging and dropping to any specific parameter you want to use. While the flow builder is executing the flow, the system will replace the variable with the value it has assigned, this will be very helpful when you want to personalize your communications.
