Sub-account Management
This section provides full information on effectively handling sub-accounts to structure and organize the way your organization accesses products and services. Each sub-account functions independently from both other sub-accounts and the main parent account.
Creating Sub-Account
- Navigate to Admins from the left menu bar, then access Sub-Accounts.
- The following screen appears where the user is able to create new sub-account by clicking Add New Sub-Account.
- The user should fill the required fields as shown in the following screen, (Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, E-mail, Time Zone, enabling or disabling the activation of the sub-account, confirming the approval to send campaigns).
- Then click Save.
Managing Sub-Accounts
- Navigate to Admins from the left menu bar, then access Sub-Accounts.
- The following screen appears where the user is able to manage sub-accounts by performing the following.
Filtering
The user is able to filter the Name, Owner, Owner Email using the filter icon.
- Click the Name filter icon, type the required name, then click Apply to search or Clear to cancel.
- Click the Owner filter icon, type the required name, then click Apply to search or Clear to cancel.
- Click the Owner Email filter icon, type the required name, then click Apply to search or Clear to cancel.
Editing Sub-Account
The user is able from the following screen, and by clicking the Edit icon, preview the Sub-Account details with the ability to change the name, account owner, activating the Sub-Account, enabling the approval for sending campaigns, then click Save to save all changes.
Log in to Sub-Account
- The user is able from the following screen, and by clicking the Edit icon, preview the sub-account details with the ability to impersonate the sub-account by clicking Log in to Account button.
- Click Stop Impersonating to log out from the sub-account and return to the main account.
