In this section, you will be acquainted with how to return a caller ID in your voice app, which is necessary for using Unifonic Voice APIs.
You may want to free up your inventory in order to get new numbers! However, do take note that every returned callerID will not be immediately available in our inventory, as we keep them in a cooling facility for 60 days before we allow them to be reassigned to any other customers.
To return Caller ID*
- Go to your Caller ID page, select the checkbox next to the Caller ID, and then click Delete
- Once you confirm the deletion of each caller ID, the system validates if there is any voice application that is subscribed to this callerID.
Make sure that no voice application is subscribed to this callerID.
