In this section, you will get acquainted with how to generate comprehensive reports that would assist the user in acquiring information, in general, about all sent messages, and give a brief about the volume of the messages based on specific grouping criteria.

The output of the reports is displayed to the user as a softcopy form of an Excel sheet.
