Receiving messages / Inbound flow over Twitter DM

In this section, you will get acquainted with how to configure webhook URLs to receive the incoming message or delivery reports of the outgoing message.
Similar to WhatsApp and FB messenger, Twitter is also used for 2-way communication (chat), it is also important to implement an Inbound flow for the Twitter channel. Unifonic's conversation platform allows you to configure multiple webhook URLs.

Configuring Webhook URLs

• You may navigate to your conversation application for the Twitter channel from the application list. Post clicking on the edit button, you should see the option called "WEBHOOK"

• Click on "Add Webhook" and you can paste the webhook URL on which you would like to receive the incoming webhook responses for incoming messages and delivery reports. You may configure different webhook for different types of responses as well.
