In this article, you will be acquainted with using the Unifonic Console to predict your spendings on WhatsApp Business Conversations.

There are two components when we consider spendings on WhatsApp:

  • Monthly active users
  • Conversations

Monthly Active Users

Monthly Active Users are the distinct and unique customers of yours that you have interacted with on a given month. For example, if you have only been sending template messages to Peter's Whatsapp Number daily for the entire month of December. Then your monthly active user count would just be 1.

Your monthly active users count are updated as real-time as possible for the current month. This allows us to provide you the visibility you need to make decisions on your spendings.

The MAU count can be found via the Unifonic Console, simply log on to your Unifonic Account; on the left side bar, click on Channels>WhatsApp. The MAU count would appear on the right of your screen.

Conversations

Whatsapp Conversations are Meta-levied rates which you will pay to Unifonic for using WhatsApp services to either start a business-initiated conversation or interact with your user initiated conversations.

All your business conversations count are updated as real-time as possible via the Meta Platform APIs. This allows us to provide you the visibility you need to estimate how much your spendings are as compared to your intended budget. You can also see the granular details as to which category your conversations are taking place on!

This estimations can be found via the Unifonic Console, simply log on to your Unifonic Account, on the left side bar, click on Channels>WhatsApp, and select the WhatsApp Account that you want to check for, and then navigate to the Usage Tab. You can filter the dates to zoom in on the period that you wish to estimate for.
