Pausing the Campaign Automatically
We have introduced a new capability to pause the campaign when the system identifies an issue or an error code in the campaign. The errors can be low balance, WhatsApp number daily tier limit breach or template quality related.
When the campaign is paused, an email alert will be sent to you and within 72hrs once the issue has been rectified you can RESUME the campaign or the campaign will be auto-cancelled.
