Viewing Package Units

To view the package units

1. Access the payments page. For more information, click here.

2. On the Payments page, click the Packages tab. The Packages page is displayed, covering the packages consumed by the account.

Information

The Packages page provides a comprehensive overview of your current packages, including:

1. Package Name: The unique identifier for each package.
2. Remaining Funds: The balance of funds available for use.
3. Remaining Units (for unit-based packages): The number of units remaining within the package.
4. Remaining USD (for WhatsApp monetary packages): The amount of USD remaining for WhatsApp usage.
5. Expiration Date: The date when the package will expire, along with the number of days until expiration.

*For WhatsApp monetary packages, the following types of balances are displayed:

1. WhatsApp Package Monetary: Represents the prepaid balance available for WhatsApp usage.
2. WhatsApp PAYG Package Monetary: Represents the remaining balance for the Pay-As-You-Go (postpaid) package, which may be a single monthly package or a package over a longer period of time.

This information allows you to effectively manage your packages and ensure you have sufficient funds for your Unifonic needs.
