Message Variables
Message variables enable you to personalize each message according to recipients for better engagement and contextual conversations.
While composing a message or creating a template you can add placeholders called {variables}, which will be automatically filled later using the recipient's details. Such as including the first name of each customer when sending them a message, or their own transaction details associated with their unique records.
The below screenshots show a sample Appointment Confirmation message template with variables and a personalized message template after replacing the placeholders with dynamic values.
