If you have a local Trade License in Kuwait, you can register your sender IDs over the local connections in Kuwait. Otherwise, you can register the sender name over international connections.

To Activate a new Sender ID in Kuwait locally, kindly share the below requirements in an email to [email protected]

1. SID(s)
2. Sample of the message content
3. Company Website (Should be a working URL)
4. Account Email
5. Company Type of Business
6. Expected SMS volume per month
7. Type of traffic (Transactional / Promotional)
8. Local CR/Trade license in Kuwait
9. National ID/Civil ID of the authorized signatory
10. Fill out the attached NOC letters.

Note

• Promotional sender IDs must start with AD-
• NOC letters (one for promotional and one for transactional sender names)
• Content/details should be the same for all NOCs (if signing multiple NOCs)
• The NOC letters should be filled on the official paper of the company ( company letterhead), signed and stamped by the authorized signatory, and provided in PDF format.

If the company doesn’t have a local trade license in Kuwait, you can register the sender name over international connections. To Activate a new Sender ID in Kuwait over international routes, kindly share the below requirements in an email to [email protected]
