If you have a local Trade License in Kuwait, you can register your sender IDs over the local connections in Kuwait. Otherwise, you can register the sender name over international connections.
To Activate a new Sender ID in Kuwait locally, kindly share the below requirements in an email to [email protected]

- Company Website (Should be a working URL)
- Account Email
- Company Type of Business
- Expected SMS volume per month
- Type of traffic (Transactional / Promotional)
- Local CR/Trade license in Kuwait
- National ID/Civil ID of the authorized signatory
- Fill out the attached NOC letters.

Note
- Promotional sender IDs must start with AD-
- NOC letters (one for promotional and one for transactional sender names)
- Content/details should be the same for all NOCs (if signing multiple NOCs)
- The NOC letters should be filled on the official paper of the company ( company letterhead), signed and stamped by the authorized signatory, and provided in PDF format.
