In order to create a chatbot, perform the following:
Log in to Unifonic Cloud using your credentials.
Navigate to Chatbot from the navigation menu
Click on Create New Chatbot
Connect your desired communication channels. If there is no channel activation under your account, you will be guided to Channels.
- To see how to add channels to your account, visit Channels page
- If Channel is connected to Chatbot, chatbot will have status Active, and if channel is not connected status will be Inactive. When status in Inactive you will not be able to Deploy chatbot, but you will be able to Test chatbot.
- When the chatbot is created, just click on that same chatbot and the Builder view will open
When starting the bot, you are able to define if you want your bot to be presented in a defined date range and collect input from the customer and use it later.
Our session model, at the moment, is fixed, where we are closing the session 24 hours after the last user messages.
If you would like to close the session manually, you can use the reference to the END widget, which will automatically close the session, once Chatbot reaches this point in the Flow.
