Exporting SMS Traffic Report to Email

SMS Traffic Reports can be either viewed on Unifonic Platform or sent to the registered email.

To export an SMS traffic report to an email

1. Access the SMS Traffic Report page. For more information, click here.

2. Fill in the details required. For more information on the required details, click here.

Tip

To have a more refined results report, fill in the Advanced Options section. For more information on the advanced options, check Refining Reports Results, here.

3. Click Export to Email. An email with a link will be sent to the registered email address, to download a file, with all the selected details.
   Upon opening the downloaded zipped file, a CSV file will be opened on your computer.
