Getting Started

To get started with our tutorials, two important steps are required to enable you to go through any of the use cases:

  1. Setting up your E-commerce connector and we will be using our Salla Connector as an example
  2. Creating the WhatsApp templates for the required communication with your customers

๐Ÿ›’Set up your Salla Connector

  1. Go to Integrations and select Connectors
  2. Find Salla, add your connection name, then click Add Connection
  3. Enter your Salla Credentials to authenticate your connector
  4. Your connector is now activated and will appear under My Connections

๐Ÿ“Create your WhatsApp Template

You can follow these steps to create the required WhatsApp template for any of the use cases based on the needed content for the WhatsApp message:

  1. Go to Channels in the left-side navigation menu and choose WhatsApp

  2. Select the WhatsApp number you already registered with Unifonic

  3. Go to Templates

  4. Choose Create New Template

  5. Depending on the selected use case define the below for the template:

    1. Define the Category of the template (ex. Utility for Order confirmation message)
    2. Define the Name of the template (Order confirmation, order dispatched...etc.)
    3. Define the Language of the template and select Next
    4. Define your Message Content, and Add Message Sample if your content contains variables
  6. Then Submit your template for Approval, once it's approved you can start using it
