Download Flow Studio Report

This action appears in the executions section and this button allows you to download 2 types of Reports.

In the first type of report only required an email address and a specific date range. If you only select those 2 fields, then click on download, and a few minutes later you will receive an email with your report in .csv format.

The downloaded report will contain the same info displayed in the Execution table of the UI.

The second report that you can generate includes also the variables collected for a specific flow and version. In order to download this specific report, You must select a Flow name and then a specific version of that flow.

Once you fill all the forms of the pop-up an email will be sent including not only the information of the table but also all the variables collected in the flow. Here is a reference on what the .csv file generated looks like.
