Date/Time - Flow Control Widget
The Date/Time widget allows users to branch a flow based on a specific time range. The widget allows configuring the time frame HH: mm, Weekdays, Date range, Timezone, and Action. This widget is very helpful, especially for contact centre use cases.
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| TImeframe | Allows to configure the timeframe within or without the validation time will apply. The format is in hh:mm and 24 hours format. |
| Weekdays | Allows to configure the weekdays within or without the validation time will apply. |
| Date Range | Allows to configure the date range within or without the validation time will apply. |
| Timezone | Allows to configure the timezone within or without the validation of the timeframe will apply. |
| Action | Allows to configure the widget that is gonna be executed in case the event arrives within or without the time configured. |
