You can use Collect Input when you want to play audio in a call to get a reply from the user.
- Select the required audio to be configured in our Voice Unifonic's product, and then you can use it in Flow Studio.
- Configure the timeout which represents how long the system will wait to receive the input from the user after the audio is played.
This widget has a native variable called Digits. This variable will store the value of the digit pressed by the user in the call, where you can include this variable in a branch and execute different widgets based on the value of the digits variable.
