Collect Input - Voice Widget

You can use Collect Input when you want to play audio in a call to get a reply from the user.

  1. Select the required audio to be configured in our Voice Unifonic's product, and then you can use it in Flow Studio.
  2. Configure the timeout which represents how long the system will wait to receive the input from the user after the audio is played.

This widget has a native variable called Digits. This variable will store the value of the digit pressed by the user in the call, where you can include this variable in a branch and execute different widgets based on the value of the digits variable.
