Choosing a Channel

The available channels can easily be found on the Dashboard. The users have to select one of them first then its corresponding applications, and they can also create a new application.

The available Channels:

• SMS
• Voice
• WhatsApp

To select a Channel

1. Select the SMS option from the CHOOSE A CHANNEL section in the Dashboard.
2. Select the applications required by selecting the checkboxes next to each from the SMS applications list displayed.
3. Click the Add New Application button on the top of the applications list if new applications need to be added rather than the existing ones.
