Blacklisting Voice Traffic

In this guide, we will learn about how to blacklist traffic that you do not wish to happen on your account.

Blacklist settings are applied generically across all of your voice traffic

The blacklist configuration is available on the Unifonic Console's Voice settings tab.

There are two available methods to blacklisting traffic:

• Disallow any outbound or inbound call to/from a phone number
• Disallow any outbound or inbound call to/from a country

Blacklist Phone Number

You can add phone numbers in e164 format to be blocked. Simply input the numbers and press enter to see the numbers appearing on the right hand side.

Then, click on save. Thereafter, you can no longer call or receive calls from this caller ID.

Blacklist Countries

You can blacklist countries by simply checking the box associated to the country.

Then, click on save at the bottom of the screen. Thereafter, you can no longer call or receive calls from this caller ID.
