Whenever possible, customers will be able to find out more on why a call has failed. More insights will be given such as Number in Porting, Service Terminated, Number Format invalid, Unreachable, Network failure etc.
Business hours controls on Voice Application
Customers will be able to set business hours for their voice applications. This is an optional feature so by default, there will be no business hours settings. Business hours settings allow customers to define the working hours of their voice application. This prevents accidental mis-use or fraudulent access that takes place outside of a business’s working hours.
Send Catalog Messages for Open Conversations
Customers will be able to use APIs to send a message to end users whom have an open conversation to get the end user to view the entire product/service catalog via Whatsapp. This catalog will need to be created by customers on their Commerce Manager, and shared with Unifonic. Unifonic can then connect it to the customer’s WhatsApp Number.
Emarsys SMS marketing Integration
Users will be able to send SMS marketing through Unifonic directly from the Emarsys interface. Users need to have a valid account with Unifonic and then generate an application, copy the application id in the appsid field, and include the account ID. Then just follow the steps in Emarsys.
Finally, for the SMS status, they need to copy the URL that is displayed in the Delivery report URL use the webhook section in developers and paste that URL, and also replace the correlation id body with “emarsysMessageId".

This integration for now only supports the SMS channel.
WebEngage whatsApp templates Integration
Users will be able to send WhatsApp marketing campaigns through Unifonic directly from WebEngage interface.
MoEngage whatsApp templates Integration
Users will be able to send WhatsApp marketing campaigns through Unifonic directly from MoEngage interface.
Oracle Responsys SMS Integration
Now users can send SMS marketing through Unifonic directly from Oracle responsys interface.

This integration for now only supports SMS channel.
Triggering automation of WhatsApp campaigns from Flow Studio
Now users will be able to trigger Whatsapp campaigns from Flow Studio. This will allow to schedule Whatsapp campaigns and set a specific group from Contacts as destinations of the campaign.
Note
For now Multi templates and batching is not supported.
Variables management revamp in Flow Studio
Now users are able to map variables in webhook trigger, ApI Request, and wait for webhook in a more flexible way. Now ANY JSON payload is supported and can be mapped
Payload transformation on Webhook
Now users will be able to adjust the body received in their webhook to make sure if there are changes it is not impacting their automations. Also, customers can see what are the expected payloads.
