A new process has been introduced to migrate WhatsApp business numbers from other Business Profiles to Unifonic. Account managers can now make a request to initiate the migration process using the OTP received by the client through WhatsApp Business Number.

A new interface has been introduced to facilitate managing business profile information. It enables viewing the business profile information and updating the required information easily. This includes the business name, address, category and description.
